1. Service Description
Cancun Airport Transfer provides private and shared airport transportation services between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and various destinations in the Riviera Maya region, including hotels, resorts, and private addresses.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
- A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address
- Please verify all details in your confirmation, including pickup time, location, and passenger count
- For airport pickups, we require your flight number to track arrivals and adjust pickup times if needed
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are per vehicle, not per person
- Prices include all taxes, tolls, and standard gratuities
- Payment is processed securely at the time of booking
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup
- 50% charge: Between 12-24 hours before scheduled pickup
- No refund: Less than 12 hours before scheduled pickup or no-show

5. Flight Delays and Tracking
- We monitor all flight arrivals and will adjust your pickup time accordingly
- For significant delays, we will wait up to 60 minutes from actual landing time at no extra charge
- Beyond 60 minutes, additional waiting charges may apply
- If your flight is cancelled, please notify us immediately to reschedule or request a refund
6. Passenger Responsibilities
- Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
- Provide accurate flight information and contact details
- Inform us of any special requirements (child seats, wheelchair access, extra luggage) at time of booking
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
- Wear seatbelts at all times during transit
7. Luggage Policy
- Standard bookings include reasonable luggage (1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per passenger)
- Excess or oversized luggage must be declared at booking
- Additional charges may apply for extra luggage
- We are not responsible for items left in vehicles
8. Vehicle and Driver
- All drivers are professionally licensed and fully insured
- Vehicles are air-conditioned and regularly maintained
- Complimentary bottled water is provided
- Vehicle type may vary based on availability while maintaining the same service level
9. Liability
- We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all transfers
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
- We are not responsible for missed flights due to late booking or incorrect information provided by passengers
- Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the booked transfer
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, or other extraordinary events.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quintana Roo, Mexico.
